Description du poste :

The Group Credit Manager junior reports to the Head of Group Treasury and Credit Management. The team plays a key role in providing financial visibility to management and ensuring compliance; it is responsible for managing the company’s receivables, optimizing credit processes, and minimizing financial risks.

Main tasks:

Monthly Reporting:
o Preparing and analyzing data for the monthly reporting related to Credit Management (DSO, overdue, insurance claims, etc)
o Ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the information
o Identifying and analyze risky clients
o Ensuring monitoring of aging balances in the dedicated tool and analyzing clients
o Updating claims and securitization reports

Improvement of Reporting:
o Identifying and propose improvements for existing reports
o Considering how to evolve our aging balance tracking tool to consolidate more relevant information automatically
o Enhancing the automatic tracking of key indicators in our reports to allow more time for analysis

Follow-up with Subsidiaries:
o Managing and following up on open issues with the various subsidiaries of the group, ensuring smooth and proactive communication
o Generating analysis reports on acceptance rates by country and credit cancellations
o Receiving and updating the declaration of insurable revenue

Participation in Projects:
o Actively contributing to various cross-functional projects by bringing innovative ideas and solutions to optimize Credit Management processes
o Encouraging to share of best practices within the company’s credit management community
In general, in the credit management team, the candidate will participate to
o Oversee a receivables portfolio of over €3 billion, ensuring risk minimization and maintaining DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) within budget limits
o Analyze credit management performance for 18 entities and present monthly reports to the group CFO
o Negotiate and optimize credit insurance programs
o Implement credit management tools and increase the amount of collected liquidity

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in credit management tools and reporting software
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to work in a team and interact with various stakeholders (both internal and external).
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Profil :

• Degree in finance, management, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in credit management or a similar role in finance. • Proficiency in both English and French, spoken and written.
